My Motto: Docendodisco, scribendo cogito which translates as (I) learn by teaching, (I) think by writing. I have indeed learned more by teaching it to my students. Scientific studies back this one up as well; one is able to retain difficult information better by teaching it to someone else, and writing can allow your thoughts to flow more freely.
